
Usage
You take the Energy Oat Bar before, during or after exercise. The bar is relatively high in fibre. During a long effort, this bar is less suitable at the end because of its high fibre content. It then takes your body too much time to process these fibres. Try to consume this kind of product at the beginning of an effort.
Recommended use: Eat 1-3 bars per hour during exercise. Usage depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. Do not consume too much solid food during exercise. For extra energy, combine the Energy Oat bar with the Energy Drink.
