In order to receive your bicycle at the end of the working day after any repair or service work, the bicycle must be in store by 08:30 latest.

The collection time will be confirmed when you drop off your bike, but as a standard it is between 5pm & 6pm. Please note you will receive a notification upon completion of your bicycle service.

The collection time is dependent on parts availability and existing workflow/bookings already in the service centre. In the event of your bicycle not being complete as scheduled, a technician will be in touch with you.
