Usage
Instructions for use: To benefit from all the benefits of the anthocyanin, it is recommended to drink a bottle of Amacx Cherry Juice 1 to 2 times a day. For optimal effect, start these 4 to 7 days in the run-up to an important competition (period). Drink a bottle immediately after your training or competition and possibly drink a second bottle of cherry juice an hour before going to sleep. This is to experience the maximum effect of melatonin on sleep quality.
